What is The King's Association?
Wherever life takes you and no matter what your connection to the school, you will always be part of King’s.
The King’s Association was established in 2024 to bring together all members of the wider King’s community; current and former pupils (OKS), current and former parents, and current and former staff members. It exists to strengthen these connections through events, by sharing news and updates and by helping our community to link up with one another via the King’s Association website.
The King’s Association and this website provides access to news, events and information about our community. For our pupils, it provides opportunities to benefit from the expertise and support of our wider network, while for parents, staff and OKS the King’s Association exists to foster a supportive and thriving community which gives everyone the chance to connect with the school and others in the wider network, fostering lifelong relationships and connection with the school.
It is managed and overseen by the Development Office (in close collaboration with parent ambassadors, staff and the OKS) who help to run a wide-ranging programme of events, communications and activities.
What is The OKS Association?
The OKS Association sits within The King's Association. Founded in 1928, OKS stands for Old King's Scholar. OKS are former pupils of the school. The Association exists to keep OKS in touch with each other and the school through a range of activities and support the school in the furtherance of its interests. Members of staff who have worked at King's are entitled to Honorary OKS membership. There are over 11,000 OKS around the globe today and the Development Office are proud to be in touch with over 7,000 OKS.
Can I sign up to this website?
Yes! Anyone with a connection to King's is welcome to join. This includes OKS, current and former parents, staff, honorary OKS, donors, supporters and friends of the school.
Current 6th form pupils at King's are also welcome to join.
Why hasn't my profile been accepted yet?
