The Friends of Junior King's (FJKS) is a registered charity which runs the school's Parent Teacher Association. Membership automatically extends to every parent, guardian or carer of any pupil currently attending the school, as well as teaching and non-teaching staff currently employed by the school.

The charitable purpose of the association is to develop effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school; engaging in fun social activities and projects and providing facilities and equipment which support the school in advancing the education of the pupils. This includes providing support to third party charities, nominated by pupils, the Friends or the School itself.

Events supported or run by FJKS change from year to year and range from a humble cake bake tea sale to the Christmas market and the glitzy summer term ball. The Junior King’s second hand uniform shop remains an ever popular resource for parents of course as well.
