Pupils from around the world are settling into school life, making friends, and exploring the wide range of opportunities available. From academic growth to co-curricular achievements, the International College pupils have already made a strong start to the year.
Freya described her experience as “a rollercoaster in the best possible way.” She has made many new friends and praised the pastoral care team for being supportive and approachable whenever she has needed someone to talk to.
Berrak has loved the co-curricular programme, especially fencing. The coaches have helped her take her skills to the next level. She says the opportunities at the International College encourage her to try new things and challenge herself beyond the classroom.
For Nico, one of the highlights has been the sense of community. A passionate musician, he enjoys playing the electric guitar and feels he is improving every day thanks to the supportive and inspiring environment at the school.
Finally, Seci has embraced the academic challenges since joining. She enjoys pushing herself in her studies and believes that the rigorous curriculum at the International College will give her a strong foundation for A Level success.
These reflections show what makes The King’s School International College Canterbury a special place to learn and grow. With excellent academic support, dedicated pastoral care, and a wide range of opportunities inside and outside the classroom, pupils are encouraged to thrive in every part of school life.
