A Level Success for the Class of 2025

Congratulations to our 2025 leavers

School News

We are delighted to celebrate another year of exceptional A level results achieved across 32 subjects by one of our largest and most ambitious cohorts.

This year’s leavers have achieved 81% of all grades at A*-B, with over half of all results at A*-A and 23% at A*. These outcomes mark a fantastic year-on-year improvement in the proportion of top grades, building on the School’s long-standing record of excellence.

A remarkable 44 pupils have secured straight A* or A grades, with16 achieving at least 3 A*s.

Three quarters of pupils are heading to Russell Group universities, 11 to Oxbridge, and at least 5 to music conservatoires. We also have pupils heading to world-class universities around the world including 13 to the US and many to Europe, testament to the truly international reach of a King’s education.

These results are a credit to the hard work and resilience of our leavers, the dedication of our teaching staff, and the strength of our community. The Class of 2025 departs ready to make their mark at leading universities and in their chosen paths, and we are immensely proud of all they have achieved.

Matthew Key, Deputy Head (Academic), said:

“We are immensely proud of every single pupil in this cohort. These results reflect not only their talent and determination, but also the spirit of a community that supports each individual to achieve their very best. It is inspiring to see so many fulfilling their ambitions at world-class universities here in the UK and overseas.”
