On Tuesday 16 December 2026, members of the Development Team hosted a festive drinks get-together for members of the King's Association community in New York City. It was a pleasure to be joined by over 30 OKS, current parents and former parents who are living in New York and neighbouring states.
The event took place in the Mezzanine area at Tanner Smith's bar, in the heart of New York City just a stones throw away from Broadway. A mix of ages, our OKS guests ranged from leavers of 1973 to 2025. We were also joined by Lynda Horn (former Jervis Housemistress) and Greg Hunter (Deputy Head, Co-curricular) who were in New York as part of the Sixth Form economics trip - a trip that some of our guests had been on during their time at King's!
Thank you to everyone who came along - we hope that it was a useful opportunity to meet other OKS and parents living in the City.
The Development Office at King’s regularly host overseas events for OKS, parents, and members of the wider King’s community. If you’re interested in helping to organise an event in your country, we’d love to hear from you. Please contact us at community@kings-school.co.uk
