OKS Come Together for a New British Tradition

OKS Summer Reunion 2025

Long golden evenings, outdoor events and strawberries and cream – there is nothing quite like the traditions and charm of an English Summer. Here at King’s, we are delighted to have a new signature addition - the flagship OKS Summer Reunion, as part of the Birley’s Super Saturday in King’s Week.

This year, under a blazing sun, we were joined by over 60 OKS for a fun-filled day, which had the lively spirit of Wimbledon, the glamour of Glyndebourne and as always the special and unique quality of King's. Guests enjoyed a delicious meal in a dedicated OKS Marquee and then sat back to enjoy the spectacles on offer. This included pupil sporting matches, a showjumping display worthy of London 2012, and an exhibition of classic cars. As the heat of the day cooled, our guests finished the Reunion by joining our talented cricketers for afternoon tea and sundowners in the Pavilion.

It was wonderful to have so many of our community join us for an afternoon of catching-up with old friends and making news ones. We were particularly delighted to be joined by a large cohort from the Class of 2015, 2020 and 2025, to celebrate their first landmark anniversaries of leaving King’s. Thank you to everyone who attended and we look forward to seeing you next year!
