In March 2025, Lucy Procter (JR 2017-22) reclaimed her world record in the open women's category in Hyrox at the Glasgow event. She finished with a time of 00:57:35 - beating her world record by just one second. On the same weekend, she also came 9th in the u40 team mixed relay, 6th in the elite women's category, and 1st in the 16-29 mixed doubles category.

Hyrox is an indoor fitness competition that combines 8km of running with eight functional workout stations, including sled push, ski-erg, wall balls, burpee jumps and rowing.

Speaking about the weekend on Instagram, Lucy said:

So much more than a result, time, or ranking. This one meant a lot. Glasgow was the first Hyrox start pen I ever stood in, at 19 years of age. Never did I dream that I’d be back in the same pen 2 years later as an Elite 15 athlete, with Hyrox as my full time job.

We’ve come a long way, but it remains that Hyrox is the best community in the world. This one was about showing up for myself, the sport, and the fans that make it what it is. I’ve never been so clear on how much I am living out my dreams. This was the best one yet.

Lucy also takes part in the prestigious Hyrox Elite 15 event - a high stakes race with 15 male and 15 female competitors. She made her debut Elite 15 performance in February 2025 in Las Vegas coming 5th place.

A huge congratulations to Lucy - we look forward to following your Hyrox journey!
