Frances Houghton is a rower and has recently published her book, Learnings from Five Olympic Games. The book is the accumulation of Frances' individual and team performance learnings from her 21 year career, and the story of how she applied them for her last chance in Rio. Frances is interviewed by Rory Reilly (Former Staff and Rower 1988-2014).
