About the Book
As distinct from other dining guides, the special approach of this book is its focus on design -- a key factor in the success or failure of any restaurant. This informed and sceptical book analyses the way design contributes to the eating and drinking experience in sixty-six establishments, grouped by theme, ranging from tiny and trendy, to elegant, star-chef vehicles, to the latest and wildest in Brit design.
